In Your Corner

As the former catering manager, my role provides hands-on, personal support that venue teams typically aren’t able to offer. Like steaming attire, delivering personal items to and from the venue, assisting family members who need extra guidance, preparing private spaces, and packing décor and personal belongings at the end of the event.

Day-Of & Weekend Coordination

For those who have thoughtfully planned their celebration and want it executed with calm, capable hands, whether for the celebration day alone or the entire weekend.

From final decisions to on-the-ground management, I act as the hands and head behind the scenes so you don’t have to.

A 30-day pre-event check-in to review logistics, vendor details, and outstanding items.

A 2-week prior planning meeting to finalize timelines and coordination details.

Day-of coordination, or full-weekend support, serving as the point person for vendors, venue, and flow of events so you can stay present and enjoy every moment
